ALERT: NEW COS-C EXAM OPTION
OASIS-C VERSION OFFERED EARLY
"In the past OCCB has maintained a policy of testing only on the current CMS guidance. The advent of OASIS-C, however, is driving thousands to workshops through year’s end including many whom are interested in establishing their knowledge of the CMS OASIS-C rules. With this in mind, OCCB has decided to offer the OASIS-C exam as soon as it is available to give those individuals an opportunity to test their comprehension of the new guidance. The B1 version will still be offered in all locations through the end of the year."
This will only affect Paper & Pencil exams from November 12 through December 31st.

Despite the fact that most education is now on OASIS-C, the OCCB will continue to offer the B1 version of the exam through the end of 2009. In order to limit confusion about the each exam version and their corresponding core documents, the OCCB has developed the following documents:

COMPUTER BASED TESTING (CBT)
*CBT Testing will remain on the OASIS-B1 guidance until December 31st when it will change to the OASIS-C version.
Computer based testing is an alternative to the many live, proctored paper and pencil exam administrations currently scheduled. Interested candidates may now choose to take the COS-C exam at one of hundreds of proctored computer-based testing locations nationwide, at a time convenient to your schedule. Please refer to the Testing icon on the left of this page.
